A DIY (DO IT YOURSELF)

Hello! It's BaconBlogger here! I thought about it, and realized that I should make a DIY (Do it Yourself). I've never actually done one! I thought about all the categories: Beauty, Cooking, Gardening, Creating, Training, ect. But nothing really popped out! Then my adorable dog, Maisy, entered the room, and it hit me! I will make a How To Make Dog Treats! :) Well, don't worry if you don't have a dog. Go to a local animal shelter! I donate treats to mine all the time.

(Make sure your dog does not have any allergies)

COOKIES!

YOU WILL NEED:

1 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 tbs of baking powder
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of skim milk

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Mix the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.

3. Stir the peanut butter and milk together until smooth in a separate bowl.

4. Combine the two bowls of ingredients and mix thoroughly.

5. Knead the dough over a floured surface.

6. Roll out the dough about 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin.

7. Grease a pan and cut out shapes using cookie cutters. Then, place the dog biscuits on the pan.

8. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. They will be lightly brown when finished.

9. Set on a plate and let it cool.

10. Serve the cookies to your dog. Do NOT give your dog over 2 or 3 at a time!

XTRA: I added peanut butter for the "frosting" and picked out the brown bits from my dog's food as "chocolate chips". So, it looks like a chocolate chip cookie!

Enjoy!
